Jul 12,  · I still have my "Budd Johnson and the Four brass Giants" LP, and I listen to it a whole lot. The "Blues for Lester" is a very swinging tribute. Budd gets off some loving Lester tribute licks and plays wonderfully, but what gives this one its signature sound are those four GIANTS - Nat Adderley, Ray Nance, 'Sweets' Edison and Clark Terry.5/5(3).
